2018年4月，受新成立的国家应急管理部及中国国际救援队的委托，深入8个地震遗址中心，历经7天高强度的拍摄，行程1200公里，完成航拍+地拍等紧百个VR视频的拍摄和近200个全景图片拍摄，经过十几天加班加点的后期剪辑、特效和制作，终于于5月11日全部完成2部VR视频专题片+6个遗址和重建的全景图片展示，为5月12日在成都召开的“汶川地震十周年国际研讨会暨第四届大陆地震国际研讨会“胜利开幕做出来一份贡献， 受到相关领导的高度赞扬。
北川解说词
在5·12汶川大地震中，北川老县城成为受灾最为严重的极重灾区之一。全县16.4万人，14.2万人无家可归，2万余人遇难。基础设施几乎全部受损或损毁，直接经济损失超过600亿元。
Beichuan old county seat was one of the severely afflicted areas in 5·12 Wenchuan Earthquake. Among 164,000 residents in Beichuan county, 142,000 residents became homeless and over 20,000 died. Nearly all infrastructures were damaged. The direct economic loss exceeded 60 billion.
面对巨大灾难，“任何困难也难不倒英雄的中国人民”这句话响彻中国大地。
Facing with such catastrophe, people yelled out, “no trouble can trap heroic Chinese people.”
震后十天，中国政府即做出“再造一个新北川”的重大决策。
Only ten days after the earthquake, the Chinese government made an important decision -“rebuilding Beichuan county”.
震后整整一年，经中国地震局、四川省地震局等地震、地质学家协助科学选址，并根据当地地质特点提出抗震设防标准，由中国城市规划设计研究院领衔，12位院士和50多位专家科学规划、设计，总投资154亿元人民币的北川新县城，在距离北川老县城以南23公里的永昌镇开工建设。
One year after the earthquake, with the assistance of experts of earthquake and geology from China Seismological Bureau and Sichuan Seismological Bureau, the site for rebuilding was selected and related anti-seismic standard was developed according to local geologic characteristics. The rebuilding project of new Beichuan county, which cost for RMB 15.4 billion, was initiated at Yongchan township which is 23 KM to the south of old Beichuan county, with the planning and design made by 12 academicians and over 50 experts from institutes like China Academy of Urban Planning and Design.
震后两年零四个月，在对口援建省山东省17个援建市和全国人民的大力支持下，一座独具魅力、功能齐备的北川新县城初展新姿。
Only two years and four months after the earthquake, a charming and full-fledged new Beichuan county was emerged from the ground with the supports from people across China, especially the 17 provinces and cities which were obliged to help in rebuilding Beichuan, for example Shandong province.
震后两年零七个月，住在临时安置房的老百姓开始入住新房。
Two years and seven months after the earthquake, Beichuan residents in the emergency shelter started to move into the new houses.
震后三年零四个月，汶川大地震中唯一整体异地重建的北川新县城建设完工。（建成保障性住房11187套，建筑面积120万平方米；文化、商业设施等公共建筑40万平方米；园区厂房20万平方米；建设65公里市政道路，市政管网54公里。）市政配套设施和民生项目顺利投入使用。安全、绿色、便捷的综合交通体系；完善的城市防灾体系；节能减排的市政设施建设融入低碳、集约、智能城市设计理念，让新北川成为了一个安全、舒适、生态、宜居的环境友好城市。
Three years and four months after the earthquake, the construction for new Beichuan county, the only county which was rebuilt completely at another place, was completed. The construction included 11,184 indemnificatory houses of construction area of 1.2 million m2; public buildings like cultural and commercial facilities of 0.4 million m2; industrial parks and plants of 0.2 million m2; public roads of 65 KM and municipal pipe network of 54 KM. Public facilities and livelihood projects have been put into operation smoothly. With safe, green and convenient comprehensive traffic system, perfect urban disaster prevention system and public facilities featuring energy saving and emission reduction and integrating urban design concepts of low carbon emission, intensive resource utilization and intelligence, new Beichuan becomes a safe, comfortable, ecology and environment-friendly and livable city.
震后十年，北川新县城作为北川县域政治、经济、文化的中心，川西旅游服务基地和绵阳西部产业基地，并凭借羌风羌貌等传统文化，优美的山、水、城一体的城市环境，成为了一个国际化的旅游小城镇，是国家5A级旅游景区北川羌城旅游区的核心区域。横贯东西的城市景观轴，串联起禹王桥、巴拿恰商业街、抗震纪念园和文化中心等重要文化设施。东岸当代文化遗产、西岸宜居新城、北侧娱乐度假区、西侧经开区及中心城4大片区，形成“山水绿环、生态水廊、景观主轴、功能四片”的城市布局，实现城市功能全面发展。
Ten years after the catastrophe, Beichuan new county seat becomes the center of politics, economy and culture of the county, as well the tourism service base in west Sichuan and industrial base in west Mianyang. With the traditional culture of the Qiang ethnic minority, beautiful mountains, waters and urban environment, Beichuan now is an international tourism town, and the core area in Beichuan Qiang ethnic tourism area, a AAAAA tourism area. The transmeridional urban landscape axis links important cultural facilities such as Shuwang Bridge, Banaqia pedestrian street, seismic memorial park and cultural center. The urban layout consists of modern cultural relics along the east bank, livable city along the west bank, recreational resort in the north and economic development and downtown in the west, in order to enable comprehensive development of the city.
北川新县城，既是城建工程的标志，也是文化遗产的标志，更是“万众一心、不畏艰险、尊重科学”中国人民抗震救灾精神的标志。
Beichuan new county seat is not only an achievement of civil engineering, but also a cultural heritage. What’s more, it reflects the spirit of Chinese people in earthquake relief work, i.e., “Pulling together, Being fearless of dangers and difficulties and Respecting to science”
